At mmbl we have experienced and qualified (RICS) CDM Co-ordinators who are able to undertake this role on any project. Our extensive experience of public and private sector contracts, working with Housing Associations, London Boroughs and Government Bodies has established mmbl as a professional company delivering quality services.
We are competent to take on the role of CDM Co-ordinator (formerly the role of Planning Supervisor), Client's Agent and or Advisor to the Principal Contractor. As a multi-disciplined professional services company, we utilise every service within the group to gain input into all aspects of the design stages which impact on CDM. Our CDM Co-ordinators undertake regular training and are also qualified RICS Building Surveyors.
