Commercial Property Design Stage Assessments
Commercial properties must comply with Building Regulations Part 2LA and will require Building Emission Rates (BER) and Target Emission Rates (TER) to be calculated and submitted as part of the planning application.
When pricing this information we will also provide you with an estimate for a commercial energy performance certificate which will be required on completion of the property. We will need to see detailed plans of the development in order to supply you with a quotation.
