MMBL is employed in the role of Employers Agent across numerous projects for Housing Associations and London Boroughs. We pride ourselves on our ability to guide clients the intricacies of the different types of contracts. The success of the role of Employers Agent often depends on the accurate preparation of the Employer’s Requirements document detailing exactly what is essential to the Employer within the design, whilst leaving the remaining design to Contractors and making use of their practical building experience.
