MMBL has considerable experience in Stock Condition Surveys. Having project managed the physical surveys for both the English House Condition Survey and the Scottish House Condition Survey. Now in it's 5th year and having undertaken over 20,000 physical surveys, mmbl ensure the smooth project management, surveyor training and administration of this large-scale contract. The biggest of it's kind in the UK, we work with Communities and Local Government (CLG) and the Office of National Statistics to produce accurate information that is used to make informed reports on the state of the countries Housing.
